SealingTech remains relentless in our pursuit to deliver tailored defensive cybersecurity solutions that modernize, protect, and defend the networks and systems of the federal government and commercial industry. And in 2024, we did just that through continual ideation and experimentation in developing purpose-built products and solutions that help our customers push their missions forward.
We’re incredibly proud of all we’ve achieved this year and our role in safeguarding our nation and allies, that we wanted to share some of our top moments of 2024.
Big wins (we can actually tell you about)
In August, when the US Army needed a customized mobile compute-and-data-storage system with a virtualized software deployment platform that would provide rapid global deployment of virtualized tools, SealingTech answered the call with the Deployable Defensive Cyber Operations System – Modular Version 2 (DDS-Mv2). Our $9.6M fixed priced contract continues to support Cyber Protection Teams’ suite of DCO platforms and tools. Through SealingTech’s innovation, warfighters can conduct DCO missions from anywhere in the world.
In October, SealingTech earned the Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award from the U.S. Department of Labor. We’re one of the few companies who have received this honor every year since the program’s inception in 2018. Our on-going commitment to hiring and supporting veterans throughout their professional development has not only built our company, but it’s also contributed to our growing strength and success in helping to safeguard our nation and directly support the warfighter.
In November, SealingTech became an official NVIDIA Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Partner. As part of this partnership, we’re developing systems and solutions that encompass capabilities from both companies. This OEM collaboration will open up new sectors and markets for both organizations, allowing us to help more potential customers. It will also provide the tools and resources to expand and enhance our customer offerings more than ever before.
“This partnership elevates SealingTech’s status as a recognized and trusted OEM AI hardware supplier,” states Max Schmidt, SealingTech’s Director of Product Development. “Partnering with NVIDIA not only reinforces our credibility but also highlights our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest industry standards. We’re excited for what the future holds with NVIDIA.”
On the road: technology and strategy presentations
This year, SealingTech’s team of experts spoke at more than a dozen national and international conferences. Topics included Operator X: our latest innovation that’s bridging the gap between intent and knowledge for cyber protection teams (CPTs) with cutting-edge large language models (LLMs).
SealingTech’s Director of Innovation, Andres Giraldo spoke on increasing warfighter efficacy through rapid prototyping. Justin Hunsaker, Principal Solutions Architect presented how small form factor sensors provide a versatile and cost-effective alternative to traditional monitoring methods. And Technical Director, Spencer Shimko introduced Multi-Tenant Capability at SC24 and how it’s enabling concurrent and secure sharing of HPC resources across tenants.
Innovations to enhance customer capability
In May, SealingTech expanded its innovative line of servers with an open-architecture compact 1U form factor: the SN 4500. This flexible solution allows customers the ability to transfer data more easily between classifications and sensitivity levels. Designed with two PCIe cards, it also enables the adoption of new higher bandwidth transceivers and the ability to adopt future upgrades for GPUs, DPUs, Raid Controllers, or other PCIe devices—making it built for a wide array of roles including traditional enterprise setups and mobile tactical missions.
As cyber threats continue to evolve and our customers’ needs expand, SealingTech keeps moving forward through ideation, experimentation, and testing of its Cyber-Fly-Away Kit to meet those needs. We continue to refine our Kits, expanding their offerings, while maintaining a TSA-fly-away compliant footprint.
With 12+ years of supporting Federal Government contracts, SealingTech has delivered over 435 Cyber-Fly-Away Kits to multiple customers in several high visibility missions that directly contributed to our national security. This year, our contracts were expanded and terms extended as a testament to the US Government’s trust in SealingTech’s superior products.
Expanding global interoperability
In 2024, SealingTech continued to make strides toward maintaining a combined front and shared capability to protect the infrastructure of our international partners and at home. Throughout the year, our team attended conferences abroad and worked with allied nations on foreign military sales (FMS) and direct commercial sales (DCS) agreements.
Through the help of the US Department of Commerce, US Embassies, and regional partners, we’re gaining momentum in enhancing global cybersecurity and critical infrastructure across our NATO and international partners. International Sales Account Manager, Wade Saunders says, “SealingTech is committed to supporting collaborative defensive cyber capabilities with our international allies. Our new partnerships in Australia and Europe reinforces our commitment of AUKUS and NATO alliances to enhance global cybersecurity and strengthen interoperability.”
Creating new customer connections
In March, SealingTech launched its inaugural newsletter, the Lightning Report—where we explore everything that’s happening across the cyber landscape for our customers. Every month, subscribers are privy to the latest trends and evolutions, along with strategies to safeguard their government agency or enterprise from cyber threats.
SealingTech also introduced its first Partner Portal providing our customers with resources designed to empower their salesforce and streamline marketing efforts. This exclusive hub gives our partners and resellers easy access to SealingTech product guides, sales and marketing materials, editable templates, and more, all in one place.
Continual commitment to quality and service
In April, SealingTech completed a successful recertification audit and renewal of its ISO9001:2015 certificate, resulting in zero non-conformities during a weeklong external evaluation. Over the past 3 years, ISO9001 has helped us achieve our goal to consistently provide quality products and services for our customers. We will continue to use it to great success to enhance conformity and quality of our products, increase customer satisfaction, and build a culture of constant improvement including procedure documentation and updates across our business.
At SealingTech, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in 2024; so many exciting achievements and new innovations that would not have been possible without the expertise and dedication of our skilled team.
